Shipping & Returns

All orders will be packed with in three working days. We do not ship when closed, weekends or bank holidays.

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Any refunds or exchanges will only be actioned when we have received the original purchase back. This must be as it was dispatched c/w all Tags packaging and labels. You must include your order number name address mobile and exact exchange requirements.

Any item that you are not happy with may be returned subject to our terms as follows:
goods must be received back within 14 days of receipt and returned c/w all original packaging and labels. It must be as dispatched and unworn.

Any item not received back with in 14 days will be refunded by means of a gift voucher

All returns will be refunded minus the original postal charges

Goods must be returned with recorded post and tracking number emailed to us at claire@hardbutsmart.co.uk
